The wedding begins at 4:30 pm, and we would appreciate people being in their seats around 4:15 pm.

While the first row on each side is reserved, guests may sit anywhere else on either side.

While we love your little ones, we kindly request this be an adults-only celebration. Thank you in advance for arranging childcare so that you can celebrate our special day with us.

We would love to see people wear something colorful and whatever you feel cute and comfortable in. Think of it as casual garden party attire.

The hotel offers valet parking to all registered guests and guests attending on site events. The current valet parking cost for short term (up to 8 hours) is $24.00 (plus tax) per day. Overnight is $36 per day. There are also multiple city garages in the blocks around the hotel. The garage at 9th & Grand Ave (2 blocks west of the hotel), the Partnership Garage (across the street, south of the hotel), and the Principal Parking Garage (across the street, north of the hotel) all have easy access to the hotel via the skywalk system. The skywalk is accessible on the 2nd floor.

Both the ceremony and reception are held at the Des Moines Marriott Downtown in the Windows Room. Between ceremony and reception, there will be a cocktail hour in the restaurant on the hotel's second floor.
